Job Description
- Assist in maintaining and updating the stock list including tracking replenishment and return stocks from the dealers or the warehouse.
- Assist in preparing and organizing the packing list for shipments.
- Assist in fulfill stock and POSM requests from the sales team for marketing events or dealer distributions.
- Assist in repacking stocks for marketing events.
- Assist in compiling and updating the Taken List/Buffer List from the sales team and informing operations accordingly.
- Assist in checking and counting stocks and POSM.
- Assist in arranging parcel pick-ups.
- Assist in POSM distribution to East and West Malaysia dealers or sales representatives for special allocations.
- Other task assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in any fields.
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
- Good communication skills
