Job Description
1) Marketing Execution Support
(a) Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns including product launches, promotions and awareness initiatives.
(b) Support preparation of marketing materials (posters, brochures, digital assets, product leaflets and POSM).
(c) Coordinate with designers, agencies and internal stakeholders for the artwork and content updates.
2) Administrative and Coordination Tasks
(a) Assist in tracking marketing project timelines and deliverables.
(b) Maintain proper filing of marketing assets and documents.
(c) Support event setup, participate in events, roadshows, concourse and conduct product sampling.
3) Digital and content Support
(a) Assist in managing social media content, basic posting schedules and campaign tracking.
(b) Support UGC, influencer or KOL activities (content collection, coordination and reporting).
(c) Help to prepare basic content drafts aligned with the brand tone (captions, campaign copy and simple visuals).
Job Requirements
1) Basic understanding of marketing principles.
2) Detail-oriented, organized and willing to learn.
3) A good team player and good interpersonal skills, who is able to communicate well with all levels of team members.
