Job Description

  1. Liaise with sales team and partners to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals
  2. Ensure that all aspects of a project are organized and in conformance with timeline and deliverables requirement
  3. Develop and maintain project performance database that tracks overall progress and achievement of milestones
  4. Assign and monitor resources effectively to boost project efficiency and maximize deliverables output
  5. Strategically create project plans, create a timeline, and set benchmarks
  6. Manage the import and export process by coordinating with freight forwarders, customs and other relevant parties to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  7. Coordinate with the import and export logistics team to arrange transportation and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any issues or delays
  8. Prepare and review shipping and customs documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists and customs declarations
  9. Generate audit reports as required by sales/client

Job Requirements

  1. Preferably 2 years and above related working experience
  2. Ability to thrive under pressure
  3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  4. Proficient in working with Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Google Drive
  5. Good written and verbal communication skills & fluent in English
  6. Capability to work independently with minimal supervision
