Job Title: Customer Service cum Admin
Location: Sri Utama BP (HONDA) Wangsa Maju KL
Employment Type: Full-time
Working Hours: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Saturday 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Salary: RM1800 – RM2500 (Negotiable based on experience) 

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service cum Admin to handle customer inquiries and provide administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend walk-in customer.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls, emails, and chats.
  • Prepare reports, invoices, and maintain records in an organized manner.
  • Provide administrative support (data entry, scheduling, document management).
  • Assist internal departments and ensure smooth daily operations.


Job Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office & basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
