Job Description

Are you passionate about building and nurturing client relationships? We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our team in the office technology solutions sector. As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining client satisfaction and understanding their evolving needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
  • Proactively engage with clients to identify and understand their ongoing needs and preferences.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and information to clients, resolving inquiries and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues and inquiries.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products or services based on client requirements.
  • Prepare and deliver regular status updates and reports to clients, keeping them informed of relevant developments.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage and document client interactions accurately.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in maintaining and fostering client relationships is advantageous.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Knowledge of office hardware such as laptops, printers, and computers.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Working Arrangements:

  • Position primarily based in-office with flexibility for remote work on a case-by-case basis.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
  • Company-provided devices such as laptops and necessary accessories.
