Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, confident, and customer-focused individual to join our aesthetic clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, handling walk-in customers, and promoting treatments and packages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in customers and manage front desk operations
- Handle customer inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups (new and existing clients)
- Build strong relationships with customers and ensure excellent service experience
- Explain and promote clinic treatments, packages, and services confidently
- Assist with basic administrative and coordination tasks
Salary & Benefits:
- RM 3,500 – RM 6000 + incentives

Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin, with good command of English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in sales and explaining aesthetic treatments
- Pleasant, friendly, and customer-oriented personality
- 1–2 years experience in clinic, aesthetic clinic, or medi-spa preferred
