Job Description

• Plan and strategize with the Branch Managers to meet sales targets (monthly, quarterly and yearly), cost target (electricity cost) and staffing requirements.
• Oversee the Branch Managers to ensure effective and efficient operations at the various showrooms
• Audit the branches on the following areas:
• Customer in-store experience: customer service and engagement, speed of service
• Products: product display and arrangement, handling of products, price, quality and availability
• Safety, security and risk management
• Staff: understanding of their roles and responsibilities, KPIs and well trained
• Interior and exterior of branch: cleanliness, layout, lighting, ads, signages, promo spaces
• Store and inventory condition
• Compliance to company policies and SOPs
• General administration and operations of the branch
• Plan and carry out improvement plans. Report the findings and action plans to Head of Operations
• Work with Branch Managers to ensure that the showroom’s inventory is in control
• Recruit, retain and develop talented staff
• Provide monthly and quarterly work plan to Head of Operations
• Work with Head of Operations Support in the following areas:
• Plan and decide the manpower requirements to assist in new showroom setup 
• Plan and perform weekend management duty and night shift once a month
• Execute ad hoc tasks assigned by the management

Job Requirements

• At least 5+ years’ experience in retail, sales and/or management
• Sound understanding of optimization of showroom operations and standards for success
• Strong leadership skills and able to motivate and lead a team
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong business acumen with a strategic orientation
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Proven track records of meeting sales targets
• The ability to work under pressure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Retail Management or related field
