Job Description

Stampede Solution Sdn Bhd is the leading technology provider to the Accounts Receivable Management and Recovery industry in Malaysia. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the CEO's right hand, the primary point of support for the CEO's professional operations, ensuring efficiency and seamless coordination.

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage and support the CEO's professional day-to-day operations, organizing CEO’s schedule, attending & documenting meetings, and following up on projects.
  • Central hub for communication between the executives and other departments, ensuring information flows smoothly.

Key Roles

Strategic Support

  • Managing the CEO's daily schedule, including a complex calendar of meetings, appointments, and travel.
  • Acting as the central hub for communication, fielding inquiries and ensuring information flows smoothly between the CEO and other departments.
  • Attending key meetings to accurately document discussions, decisions, and action items, and ensuring all follow-up tasks are completed promptly and to a high standard.
  • Handling a range of administrative duties, such as preparing presentations, managing expenses, and organizing documents, while also assisting with various projects and initiatives to ensure their timely and quality completion.
  • Serving as the CEO's representative in all internal and external communications, handling correspondence professionally and with discretion.

Teamwork

  • Attending and contributing constructively to team meetings.
  • Collaborating with all stakeholders to apply new ideas and tools, thereby enhancing team effectiveness.
  • Performing other duties as required to support the team, including covering for absences or leave.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree in English Language Studies, Computer Science, or a related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0. Equivalent practical experience will be considered.
  • Exceptional command of English, both written and verbal, to facilitate effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate needs, solve problems creatively, and make sound decisions with minimal direction. Exceptional common sense.
  • The candidate must be a quick and resourceful learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
  • The ability to speak other languages, such as Malay or Chinese (Mandarin/Cantonese), is a significant advantage.
  •  Experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) industry will be and added advantage.
