Reputable and reliable 

As a People Intern, you are required to support People Team with a variety of responsibilities and special projects. Perform internal and external office communication; email, voicemail, and miscellaneous written correspondence.

<li>Organize and maintain the HR filing system; ensure accuracy and completeness of confidential personnel files and employee records; file and retrieve documents</li>
<li>Maintain employee confidence and protect operations by keeping Human Resource information confidential</li>
<li>Facilitate new employee onboarding process to ensure employees gain an understanding of corporate culture, benefits plan, etc.</li>
<li>Schedule, plan, and coordinate staff activities</li>
<li>Administer health and welfare plans, including enrolments and terminations</li>
<li>Perform recruitment activities, interview and evaluate candidates for select positions</li>
<li>Maintain related records</li>
</ul>
Administration
<ul>
<li>Purchase and maintain inventory of office equipment, stationery and administer maintenance contracts of office equipment and facilities</li>
<li>Coordinate and maintain records for staff office space, phones, parking, etc.</li>
<li>Assist in special events, such as career fairs, company activities, etc.</li>
<li>Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned</li>
