As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing efficiency and clarity by analyzing and documenting current business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and facilitating strong alignment between our business needs and technical solutions.
Key Accountabilities
<ul>
<li>Act as Preferred Account Consultant, understanding the needs and facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple internal &amp; external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Clarify, update and improve the business processes impacted by technological changes that are part of the project.</li>
<li>Define an end-to-end business process that is accepted by all groups, mapping out the requirements for one or more systems to support these needs and the process.</li>
<li>Key Responsibilities</li>

Preferred Account Consultant
<ul>
<li>Serve as a central point of contact and subject matter expert for clients, identify issues and propose a work around (if necessary) while formulating a permanent fix</li>
<li>Actively collaborate with the software development team to build the design and specification of the permanent fix</li>
<li>Strategize and communicate the cost (if any), as well as timeline with the customer and follow through to ensure timely delivery</li>
<li>Test the product to ensure that it meets user requirements, technically well built, and does not impact existing modules before rolling out</li>
<li>Upsell and build value for customers by proposing new features or services</li>
<li>Attend to all client’s issues while identifying more business opportunities from the same clients</li>
</ul>
Business Technology Focus
<ul>
<li>Create designs for technical solutions to resolve business problems and try out components of new systems for efficiency</li>
<li>Reach out to clients and project leaders in the course of work to identify and evaluate user and business requirements</li>
<li>Ensure clean and accurate documentation that may include aspects such as business requirements, client requirements, and technical specifications, and write findings in the form of reports</li>
<li>Ensure that all documents are safely kept and accessible for future reference</li>
<li>Assist with new releases, and approve all User Acceptance Testing</li>
<li>Oversee implementation of a new system including data migration</li>
<li>Facilitate professional and constant communication with overall users on the status of production problems that might arise and inform them about ways of resolving issues</li>
<li>Carryout research on how IT systems are used and suggest ways for systems improvement and efficiency</li>
<li>Manage and ensure product delivery within agreed timeline</li>
</ul>

<li>Attend and contribute to team meetings in a positive manner</li>
