Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and versatile Teaching cum Sales Assistant to join our team for the month of November 2026. In this hybrid role, your primary focus will be delivering engaging lessons and providing academic support to students, while secondarily assisting with prospective student enquiries, enrolment conversions, and general administrative coordination.

Remuneration & Benefits

• Basic Salary: RM 1,700 – RM 2,000 / month
• Sales Commission: 5% – 10% based on enrolment performance

Key Responsibilities

1. Primary: Academic & Teaching Tasks

• Teaching & Lesson Delivery: Deliver dynamic, effective, and structured lessons to assigned classes.
• Lesson Planning & Preparation: Prepare teaching materials and lessons in advance to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Student Progress & Academic Support: Patiently monitor student development, provide academic assistance, and address individual learning needs.
• Academic Administration & Coordination: Maintain accurate student records, attendance logs, and progress reports.
• Student Renewal & Retention: Build strong rapport with students and parents to encourage ongoing course renewal and long-term retention.

2. Secondary: Sales & Enrolment Tasks

• Course Enquiries & Consultation: Professionally explain course benefits and structure to prospective students and parents.
• Lead Follow-Up & Conversion: Promptly follow up on sales leads, handle course consultations, and drive student enrolment.
• Enrolment & Payment Coordination: Assist with student registrations, document verification, and fee collection processes.

3. Tertiary: Operational & Event Support

• Cross-Department Coordination: Work collaboratively across internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Company Activities & Events: Assist in organizing, facilitating, and managing company events or academic workshops.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Melayu (knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage).
• Teaching Competency: Proven ability in classroom management, lesson preparation, and clear subject delivery aligned with our experiential learning philosophy.
• Sales & Communication Skills: Confident, patient, and persuasive communicator capable of building pipeline momentum, anticipating customer concerns, and converting course leads.
• Self-Motivation & Independence: Proactive with strong self-management skills—able to follow up on teaching and sales tasks independently without requiring repeated reminders.
• Organization & Detail: Detail-oriented with accurate record-keeping habits for academic progress and sales leads.
• Professional Standards: Dependable, punctual, committed to strictly respecting confidential information, and adhering to company policies.
