Job Description

• Collaborate with the event planning team to understand event themes and requirements, translating them into visually appealing 2D designs.
• Create a range of 2D assets, including event logos, banners, posters, invitations, and promotional materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.
• Work closely with clients to understand their preferences, incorporate feedback, and present design concepts effectively.
• Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), to execute high-quality 2D designs.
• Ensure that designs are adaptable for various platforms, including print materials, digital media, and social media.
• Prepare and deliver visually engaging presentations to showcase design concepts to both clients and internal teams.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity across all design elements and materials.
• Work efficiently to meet project deadlines, collaborating with the team to ensure timely delivery of design assets.

Job Requirements

• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• Proven experience in 2D graphic design, preferably in the events or related industry.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant 2D design tools.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous 2D design work and event-related design projects.
• Excellent communication skills, both in presenting design concepts and collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to adapt designs based on client feedback and changes in event requirements.
• Innovative and creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with event planners, coordinators, and other team members.
