About the Role:

We’re looking for a curious and proactive Digital Marketing Intern to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the execution of marketing strategies for eCommerce and service-based brands, focusing on research, creative collaboration, and campaign content development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct market and competitor research for various client brands 
• Work closely with content strategists and designers to develop creative briefs for ads, landing pages, and digital content.
• Assist in writing and preparing Email and WhatsApp templates tailored to different customer segments.
• Help in preparing weekly/monthly reports to track key performance metrics (ROAS, CTR, CAC, etc.)
• Assist in setting up ad campaigns for Meta, Google, Tiktok, Shopee and/or other relevant platform etc 
• Support campaign planning and brainstorming sessions across channels like Meta, Google, TikTok, and others.

Job Requirements

• Students or fresh grads in Marketing, Digital Media, Business, Communications, or related fields.
• Good command of English for writing. Proficiency in Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia will be a huge plus. 
• A genuine passion for e-commerce, and the ever-evolving digital landscape.
• Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
• Proactive, resourceful, innovative, analytical, and detail-oriented.
