What you'll be doing:

<li>Documenting operational and team performance on a daily basis and reporting to the management on a weekly basis.</li>
<li>Conducting quality control to ensure all products are at the standard set by the company.</li>
<li>Analyzing production processes to improve efficiency.</li>
<li>Troubleshooting any problems relating to the production line.</li>
<li>Ensuring the team maintains a clean working environment and follows safety procedures set by the company. </li>
<li>Working with other departments, such as purchasing and sourcing, to ensure there is an adequate supply of raw materials and inventory. </li>
<li>Training and on-boarding new teammates. </li>
<li>Providing timely feedback to the team in an effective and helpful manner.</li>
