Job Description
The Accounting & Bookkeeping Intern will support Sterrific Sdn. Bhd.’s finance operations by assisting with daily accounting tasks, data entry, documentation and financial record management. This role is ideal for students who want real-world exposure to agency finance processes — including handling vendor invoices, client billing, reconciliations and preparing basic financial reports.
Responsibilities
- Assist in recording daily transactions (AP/AR) into accounting software
- Organise and maintain financial documents (invoices, receipts, statements)
- Help prepare monthly financial summaries and basic reports
- Support bank and e-wallet reconciliations
- Ensure accuracy and consistency in data entry
- Assist with client billing and invoice issuance
- Follow up on outstanding payments when required
- Work closely with the finance and operations team to ensure smooth workflow
- Perform other finance-related tasks when needed

- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
