What You’ll Get to Do

You'll be a key player in our marketing team, getting hands-on experience in every aspect of social media management:

• Content planning & strategy: Jump into the planning and execution of exciting campaigns, from seasonal promotions to influencer collaborations and paid ads.
• Content creation & posting: Brainstorm, create and publish engaging content across diverse platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and Xiaohongshu (XHS). We're talking graphics, photos, and videos!
• Community Connector: Monitor comments and messages, engaging directly with our audience to build brand loyalty and a thriving online community.
• Copywriting: Craft compelling copy, captions and e-newsletters, ensuring a consistent and authentic brand voice that resonates with our audience.

Job Requirements

We are seeking a motivated individual who is eager to learn and prepared to contribute from the outset, with the following requirements:

• Background: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Business, Public Relations or a related field.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure content is factual and adheres to brand guidelines, especially when handling news or sensitive topics.
• Skills to develop: Demonstrated ability to effectively address online feedback and criticism. Proficiency in written communication to manage media-related content and facilitate public engagement. Understanding of public relations principles to preserve and enhance brand reputation, particularly in sensitive media contexts.
  
  This role will also help you develop valuable soft skills, including strong written communication, creative thinking, attention to detail, organisation, effective interpersonal skills and an analytical approach.
• Portfolio: Kindly provide a sample of your previous work for our review process.
• Skills requirement: Familiarity with major social media platforms is a must. Basic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.) are a big plus.
