We are looking for a Senior Graphic & Website Designer to join our creative team at Sterrific. You will be responsible for producing visually engaging designs across digital and print platforms while leading creative direction for web projects. This role requires both creativity and technical skill — from crafting pixel-perfect website interfaces to producing compelling marketing visuals.

Responsibilities

• Design and prototype websites and landing pages using Figma.
   
• Develop social media creatives, digital ads, and brand visuals for campaigns.
   
• Create marketing materials including flyers, posters, and brochures.
   
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design quality and user experience.
   
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print media.
   
• Research and implement UI/UX best practices for improved performance and conversion.
   
• Lead or guide junior designers when needed.
   
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to creative strategy.

Job Requirements

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional design experience in an agency or similar environment.
   
• Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
   
• Strong understanding of web layout, typography, color, and visual hierarchy.
   
• Experience with responsive website design and usability principles.
   
• Good communication and project management skills.
   
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects at once.
