<h2><strong>Role Overview</strong></h2>
<p>We are hiring a <strong>Senior Social Media Manager</strong> to take full ownership of <strong>organic social media strategy, paid social advertising, and client-facing execution</strong>.</p>
<p>This role is <strong>not operational-only</strong>. You are expected to think strategically, lead ideation, manage performance, and confidently present insights to clients. You should be equally comfortable discussing <strong>creative direction</strong> and <strong>ad performance metrics</strong>.</p>
<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>1. Social Media Strategy &amp; Management</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with business objectives</li>
<li>Oversee content calendars, publishing schedules, and platform optimization</li>
<li>Ensure brand consistency in tone, messaging, and visual direction</li>
<li>Guide junior team members or creators when required</li>
<li>Continuously refine strategies based on platform performance and trends</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Performance indicators (Organic):</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Consistent engagement rate growth (industry-benchmarked)</li>
<li>Follower growth driven by content strategy (not giveaways only)</li>
<li>Content performance analysis using reach, saves, shares, and retention</li>
<li>Ability to justify content decisions using data, not opinion</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>2. Creative Ideation &amp; Campaign Development</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Lead ideation for monthly content, launches, and campaign concepts</li>
<li>Translate brand positioning into compelling social-first ideas</li>
<li>Collaborate with designers, videographers, and copywriters</li>
<li>Identify trends early and adapt them meaningfully to brand context</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Expected capability:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Can explain <em>why</em> a content angle works, not just <em>what</em> looks good</li>
<li>Able to balance creativity with platform algorithms and performance</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>3. Paid Social Media Advertising (Meta Focus)</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid social media campaigns</li>
<li>Act as <strong>Meta Ads specialist</strong>, responsible for performance outcomes</li>
<li>Structure campaigns using proper funnel logic (TOF / MOF / BOF)</li>
<li>Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging angles</li>
<li>Scale winning campaigns while maintaining efficiency</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Meta Ads expertise indicators:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Strong understanding of:<br></li>
<ul>
<li>Campaign objectives &amp; learning phase</li>
<li>Audience structures (broad, interest, custom, lookalike)</li>
<li>Creative fatigue and testing frameworks</li>
</ul>
<li>Comfortable discussing metrics such as:<br></li>
<ul>
<li>CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM</li>
<li>Conversion rate and attribution limitations</li>
</ul>
<li>Ability to diagnose performance issues and propose clear actions</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>4. Client Servicing &amp; Presentation</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Act as the main social media point-of-contact for assigned clients</li>
<li>Present strategies, campaign ideas, and performance reports confidently</li>
<li>Translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations</li>
<li>Handle client feedback professionally and strategically</li>
<li>Build trust through clarity, ownership, and results</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Expected senior behaviour:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Comfortable pushing back with rationale when needed</li>
<li>Can explain complex performance issues in simple terms</li>
<li>Maintains composure and clarity in client discussions</li>
