Sterrific Sdn Bhd, a dynamic digital marketing agency based in Ara Damansara, is seeking a skilled and experienced Website Developer to join our growing team of 15. As a Website Developer, you will play a key role in creating, customizing, and maintaining high-quality websites for our clients. You will work in a flexible and collaborative environment, leveraging your technical expertise to deliver fast, efficient, and visually appealing web solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Website Development:

• Develop and customize websites using WordPress, PHP, and HTML.
• Convert designs from Figma and Photoshop into fully functional WordPress websites.
• Build websites quickly using popular website builders and tools.

2. Customization & Optimization:

• Customize themes and plugins from ThemeForest to meet client requirements.
• Optimize websites for performance, speed, and responsiveness.

3. Domain & Hosting Management:

• Deploy domains and manage hosting setups.
• Utilize cPanel for server and website management.

4. Collaboration & Support:

• Work closely with designers, marketers, and other developers to deliver projects on time.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing websites.

5. Continuous Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance website functionality and user experience.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in website development.
• Expertise in WordPress, PHP, and HTML.
• Proven ability to convert designs from Figma and Photoshop into WordPress websites.
• Strong knowledge of ThemeForest themes and plugin customization.
• Experience in deploying domains and managing hosting (familiarity with cPanel).
• Ability to build websites quickly using website builders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fast learner with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
