Job Description
- Liaise with suppliers and sales department on all purchasing or claim activities
- Liaise with suppliers to maintain quality of goods and timely delivery
- Prepare and implement effective negotiation tactics
- Co-ordinates with sales and store department on inventory management
- Liaise with shipping logistics on all shipping matters and negotiating of rates
- Liaise with Insurance agent on coverage of all import shipments
- Liaise with clearance forwarders on all custom clearance matter
- Manage the complete export matter by liaising with supplier, oversea client and forwarders on the export arrangement
- Handling of Accounts Payable and Costing
Job Requirements
- SPM or Diploma holder in Business Studies/Administration with some Accounts knowledge
- Min 2 year(s) experience in the related field is required
- Preferably Chinese and able to communicate and write in English and Chinese
- Training and supervision will be provided
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
