Job Description

Client Engagement

• You will build and sustain close relationships with customers and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• You will conduct regular site visits and follow-ups to recommend suitable surfaces and product options.
• You will keep clear customer records and share feedback to help improve our product offerings and pricing.
• You will communicate with Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia speaking clients as required.

Sales Execution & Collections

• You will execute sales and marketing activities aimed at meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• You will prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales while following company pricing and credit policies.
• You will manage sales collections and adhere to credit control procedures to reduce outstanding receivables.
• You will record transactions accurately in our sales system and update your manager on progress.

Events & Team Collaboration

• You will represent Stonehenge Surfaces Sdn Bhd at promotional events and on-site demonstrations.
• You will help set up displays, coordinate promotions, and support event logistics.
• You will work closely with colleagues in sales and operations to improve customer experience and sales results.
• You will attend team meetings and training to keep product knowledge current.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• SPM qualification or certificate / Diploma holder; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• No prior experience needed, as training will be provided to bring you up to speed.
• Possess own transport to visit customers and attend events.
• Willing to represent Stonehenge Surfaces Sdn Bhd professionally during customer visits and promotional activities.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Comfortable communicating in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia for client interactions.
• Basic sales administration skills such as preparing quotes and using POS or CRM tools.
• Familiarity with payment collection practices and following credit control procedures.
• Ready to learn product details, finishes, and typical applications for our surface ranges.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Presentable appearance and a pleasant, customer-focused manner when engaging clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills and confidence to interact with customers at all levels.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a close-knit retail team.
