Job Description

1. Responsible for campaign registration in marketplaces (Lazada & Shopee)
2. Participate in the preparation of store promotion strategy and coordinate resources to achieve sales target.
3. Participate in the planning of the store layout design wild frame, planning online activities and special promotion on marketplaces, and in-channel marketing ROI optimization.
4. Prepare monthly operation plan and be responsible for its implementation, evaluate the promotion result and analyse the data of store and product visits and conversion rate.
5. Coordinate with graphic design team, customer service team and other personnel to complete the above tasks smoothly and effectively.
6. Prepare data analysis reports of store visitors, sales volume, conversion rate, etc.
7. Explore and recommend creative ways to reach out to target audience and continuously engage customers through digital platforms.
8. Keep up with trends in the digital marketing space, competitor's activities and industry best practices in order to stay abreast of the developments in the marketplace.
9. Provide administrative support to the operation team, including data entry, filing, and scheduling. 
10. Undertake any additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements

1. Currently pursuing final semester of Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce/Business Administration or any other related fields.
2. Have a basic skill in keyword search technology optimization (SEO), and have unique insights of out-channel marketing.
3. Keep up with latest Social Media News, Trends and always updated regarding related industry topics.
4. Excellent logical thinking ability, strong sense of responsibility and initiative, teamwork spirit, excellent learning ability and innovation ability. 
5. Basic knowledge in TikTok, FB, IG and other social media platforms.
6. Good data analytical skill.
