KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

<li>Responsible for conducting purchasing activities</li>
<li>Prepare purchase orders from ordering merchandise and supplies</li>
<li>Follow up with vendors and suppliers for orders and invoices</li>
<li>Maintaining good records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other important data</li>
<li>Ensure orders are delivered within the timeframe by keeping a good relationship with supplier and vendors</li>
<li>Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures</li>
<li>Ad-hoc tasks to support other team-member</li>
<li>Maintaining and updating supplier information</li>
</ol>
