Job Description
KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for conducting purchasing activities
- Prepare purchase orders from ordering merchandise and supplies
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers for orders and invoices
- Maintaining good records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other important data
- Ensure orders are delivered within the timeframe by keeping a good relationship with supplier and vendors
- Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures
- Ad-hoc tasks to support other team-member
- Maintaining and updating supplier information
Job Requirements
PRE - REQUISITES & COMPETENCIES
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/Procurement /Marketing/Business Administration/Business Studies or any other related fields
- Good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Obliged to keep all of the company information private and confidential
- Ambitious to work in a fast-paced environment
- Always maintain high confidentiality and professionalism
- Integrity, responsible and multi-tasking
