What You'll Do

• Identify and close deals with SME business owners in Penang
• Confidently pitch StoreHub’s value and turn interest into action
• Build relationships that last beyond the first sale
• Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities naturally
• Coordinate with remote teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• You’ll work independently, remotely, and with a ton of ownership

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• You don’t wait to be told what to do - you make things happen
• You welcome feedback like fuel, and use it to grow, not get defensive
• Strong EQ: You read people well, and listen better.
• Grit: Rejection doesn't stop you, it sharpens you.
• Fast learner: You're naturally curious - new tech? New info? You're on it.
• Great communicator: You communicate clearly in English, Malay, and/or Mandarin. Multilingual is a bonus.
• No degree? No problem. We believe the best sales teams are made, not hired.

Experience selling to SMEs is a plus, but not required - it's your mindset that matters the most.
