Job Description

  1. Community Engagement
  • Manage and engage with community members across platforms such as WhatsApp, social media, Shopee, and Lazada. 
  • Initiate conversations and activities that encourage interaction and participation. 
  • Foster a welcoming and positive community experience. 
  • Build strong relationships with active members and loyal customers. 

2. Community Growth & Retention

  • Support initiatives to attract new community members through campaigns, referrals, and promotions. 
  • Assist in onboarding new members and creating positive first experiences. 
  • Encourage participation in campaigns, community activities, and exclusive member programs. 
  • Identify and nurture potential brand advocates within the community. 

3. Campaign & Event Execution

  • Assist in planning and executing online and offline community events. 
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, private sales, and community activations. 
  • Coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth event execution. 
  • Support community engagement initiatives during livestreams, roadshows, and brand events. 

4. Content & Community Interaction

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging community content. 
  • Adapt marketing campaigns into meaningful community conversations and activities. 
  • Encourage user-generated content and member participation. 

5. Community Insights & Feedback

  • Gather feedback and insights from community members. 
  • Monitor community sentiment and identify opportunities for improvement. 
  • Work closely with internal teams to enhance customer experience and community engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Possess Diploma/ Degree certification in any fields
  • Experienced in: Customer Service/ Social Media Executive/ Live Host / Livestream Moderator/ Retail sales/ Content Creator 
  • 1–3 years of experience in community management, customer engagement or social media 
  • Feel comfortable dealing with people (no camera shy)
  • Obtain a basic understanding of sales, funnels, or customer journey 
  • Interested in wellness, lifestyle, or F&B is a plus 
  • Experience in working with KOLs or managing collaborations/ private communities 
  • Well-written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
  • Possess own transportation (at Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan, Selangor area)
