Job Description

  1. Community Engagement & Experience
  • Manage and grow community channels (WhatsApp, social DMs, groups, Shopee and Lazada)
  • Design and execute daily/weekly engagement activities
  • Create a strong sense of belonging and exclusivity within the community

2. Community Growth & Activation

  • Support member acquisition through campaigns, referrals, and onboarding flows
  • Execute onboarding experience for new members (welcome flow, first interaction, first conversion)
  • Drive participation in campaigns, private sales, and events

3. Content & Interaction Planning

  • Plan and execute community-first content with new ideas
  • Work with marketing/KOL team to adapt campaigns into community interactions
  • Initiate conversations that trigger replies, sharing, and user-generated content

4. Customer Relationship & Retention

  • Build relationships with key members (VIPs, repeat buyers, active contributors)
  • Identify and nurture potential advocates and KOLs within the community

5. Campaign & Event Support

  • Execute community-related campaigns (launches, private sales, group buys)
  • Support livestreams and roadshows through community activation
  • Assist in organizing online/offline community events

6. Feedback & Insights

  • Gather community insights, feedback, and sentiment
  • Work with internal teams to improve products, campaigns, and CX

Job Requirements

  • Malaysian citizen
  • Possess Diploma/ Degree certification in any fields
  • Experienced in: Customer Service/ Social Media Executive/ Live Host / Livestream Moderator/ Retail sales/ Content Creator 
  • 1–3 years of experience in community management, customer engagement or social media 
  • Feel comfortable dealing with people (no camera shy)
  • Obtain a basic understanding of sales, funnels, or customer journey 
  • Interested in wellness, lifestyle, or F&B is a plus 
  • Experience in working with KOLs or managing collaborations/ private communities 
  • Well-written and verbal in English and Mandarin.
  • Possess own transportation (at Bukit Serdang, Seri Kembangan, Selangor area)
