Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Manage and update content calendars and schedules.
  • Analyze content performance metrics and make data-driven improvement ideas.
  • Develop and implement content marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement with customers.
  • Conduct research on topics related to the company's products or services to help identify new trends or opportunities for growth.
  • Write and edit blog posts, newsletters, e-books, white papers, case studies, and other content for websites, blogs and other channels.
  • Create digital marketing campaigns including banners, text ads, pop-ups, and other forms of interactive content.
  • Develop and maintain a website or blog to post company news and product information.
  • Produce videos, podcasts, infographics, slideshows, or other digital media formats to engage customers in new ways.
  • Create and manage digital advertising campaigns in collaboration with other team members to achieve specific goals, such as increasing website traffic or increasing sales of certain products or services.
  • Develop original and engaging content for a variety of channels, including social media updates, website, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute content strategies that meet business objectives and target audience needs.
  • Implement best practices for SEO to increase organic search visibility and drive traffic to our website.
  • Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance on social media platforms (Instagram, XiaoHongShu, TikTok etc.)
  • Work closely with other team members, including marketing, sales and product to align content efforts with overall marketing initiatives. Liaise with external agencies and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences to keep content relevant and engaging.
  • Script writing and execution for video production, advertisements, and promotional materials.


Job Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in any courses
  • Preferably to have 2 years of working experience in content writing field
  • Good command & creative writing in English
  • Good Chinese writing skill is an added advantage
  • Good translator of Chinese & English
  • Able to work in Bukit Jalil area.
  • Passionate about video shooting/photo shooting 
  • Active on multiple social media platforms
  • Sensitive in target audience preference
  • High understanding of the interests of the audience 
  • Good practices on each platform (about do and don’t)  
  • Creative in storytelling skill
  • Willing to work 5 working days (hybrid working mode)
  • Possess own transportation.
