Job Description
Sales Management:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Identify target markets and establish sales plans, including both online and offline channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media platforms.
- Maintain and develop good relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Monitor sales performance to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Conduct sales analysis and reporting by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
- Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
- Optimize website content and user experience to improve search engine rankings and conversion rates.
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence by creating engaging content and managing online communities.
Lead Generation and Online Sales Campaigns:
- Develop and manage lead generation strategies through digital marketing efforts such as inbound marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising.
- Plan and execute online sales channel campaigns and promotions to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and maximize sales.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to nurture leads through the sales funnel and analyze campaign performance to optimize ROI.
Roadshow Planning and Support:
- Plan, coordinate, and support roadshows and other offline marketing events to promote the company’s products and services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to set objectives for roadshows and events, ensuring alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials, presentations, and other promotional content for roadshows and events.
Marketing Analytics and Reporting:
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot) to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Analyze data to identify trends, customer behavior, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future campaigns and increase engagement.
Content Creation and Management:
- Collaborate with content creators to develop high-quality marketing materials, including blog posts, videos, infographics, and email newsletters.
- Manage the content calendar and coordinate with internal teams to execute marketing plans.
- Ensure content is consistent with the company’s brand voice and aligned with marketing objectives.
Brand Collaboration:
- Search for potential collaboration and liaise with the collaboration brand.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (product, customer service, etc.) to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and customer outreach.
- Mentor and guide junior marketing team members, sharing best practices in digital marketing and event planning.
