About the Program

The Strateq Executive Trainee Program is a 12-month (6+6) structured training and career development initiative designed to equip fresh graduates with critical IT and business skills. This program is a comprehensive two-phase training initiative designed to bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world industry demands. This initiative is part of Strateq’s commitment to developing future talent to meet the growing demands of the IT industry.
✅ 6 months of intensive on-the-job training and mentoring, focusing on both technical competencies and soft skills development.
✅ 6 months of independent, hands-on job exposure across Strateq and its group of companies.
✅ Exposure to real-world IT projects and client-facing roles
✅ Hands-on learning in cutting-edge technologies and business operations

Your Role & Learning Journey

As an Executive Trainee, you will gain practical experience across various industries, technologies, and business functions. Your training will cover (depending on suitability):
🔹 Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, Unix
🔹 Cybersecurity: Threat management, risk assessment, security protocols
🔹 Cloud & On-Premise Support: Cloud computing, IT infrastructure, system administration
🔹 Hardware & Software Maintenance: Configuration, upgrades, troubleshooting
🔹 IT Support & Services: Preventive maintenance, staging, logistics, warehouse support

Job Requirements

Who Should Apply?

We are looking for motivated, tech-savvy individuals who meet the following criteria:

🎓 Education Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Human Resource Management, or Business Administration/Management.

🧑‍💻 Employment Status: Currently unemployed or not attached to any company for more than 12 months, or those looking for internship who are in their final semester and ready to work at the end of their internship tenure.

🗣 Language Skills: Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage)

📢 Communication Skills: Strong written & verbal abilities

💡 Mindset: Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn
