Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into inventory system and perform the necessary asset mapping.
- Basic understanding of IT systems, hardware components, or software tools is preferred.
- Support the team in administrative or IT-related tasks when required.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology Office Management, Data Entry, Business Admin, In, Computer Science or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
- High attention to detail and able to spot data inconsistencies.
- Maintain confidentiality and always ensure data accuracy.
- Willingness to learn new systems or tools used by the department.
