Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist with VRMS vendor registration and conduct regular vendor reviews.
- Assist with the Contract Agreement Listing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist with Open PO (Purchase Order) updates and follow up on outstanding items.
- Assist with vendor whitelisting process, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist to review and revise vendor payment terms to align with business needs and financial guidelines.
- Assist to facilitate vendor partner registration and maintain accurate partner records.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies, industry regulations, and compliance standards.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related.
- Interested in vendor management, procurement, or sourcing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Able to analyse data.
