Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in retail, supply chain, and ERP integration environments. The role involves translating complex business needs into functional and technical solutions, driving end-to-end delivery, and enabling scalable system integrations across high-volume transactional platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Delivery
- Lead end-to-end business analysis across retail and supply chain systems, including POS, back-office, and head office platforms
- Elicit, define, and document business and system requirements through stakeholder engagement
- Produce high-quality Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and detailed user stories
- Conduct gap analysis, as-is/to-be process mapping, and solution design
System Integration & Technical Support
- Design and support system integrations across platforms (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, e-wallets, CRM, e-commerce systems, POS for Oil Co specific)
- Ensure transactional accuracy across payment, settlement, and reporting systems
- Collaborate with development and QA teams on API integration, SIT, and UAT
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors
- Drive cross-functional alignment across product, engineering, operations, and finance teams
- Manage change requests, enhancements, and release cycles
Testing & Implementation
- Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Support production deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live stabilization
- Facilitate user training and documentation
Job Requirements
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- 5–8+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or related roles
- Experience working in regional or multi-market environments is an advantage
- Preffered experienece in Fuel retail / forecourt POS system, E-commerce and consumer finance platform, CRM and sales reporting systems, Large-scale ERP implementation and integration projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business language
- Detail-oriented with strong governance and documentation practices
