At Strateq, we are dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare through innovative technology solutions. We're seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer, to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge web-based and mobile-based healthcare applications for our clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Management and Products Engineering teams to design, develop, and maintain our healthcare application platform.
• Conduct business requirement analysis, system design, coding, integration, testing, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve development issues to ensure smooth progress.
• Contribute to Product Iteration planning and review activities.
• Work closely with Team Leader and Scrum Master throughout the development process.
• Ensure sprint and release commitments are met on time.
• Uphold quality control processes and coding guidelines.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives.
• Prototype new applications or features.
• Address Production Defects and perform Project Implementation tasks as needed.
• Fulfill any other duties assigned by the Reporting Officer or HOD.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience with MVC, CakePHP, JQuery, MySQL, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, and JasperSever.
• At least 2 years of full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience; Scrum experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and planning abilities.
• Proven track record of delivering projects cost-effectively.
• Familiarity with Scrum/Agile methodologies preferred.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards independent and collaborative work.
