<p>We are seeking a talented and experienced Systems Operator  join our dynamic team at <strong>STRATEQ GROUP.</strong>  As a <strong>Systems Operator</strong> at our Data Centre, you will in ensuring the seamless operation, monitoring, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional, follow strict operational procedures, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.&nbsp;</p>
<p>&nbsp;<strong>Responsibilities:</strong>&nbsp;</p>
<ul>
<li>Monitor the data center health via CCTV, EMS, Telco, Network, Backup, Replication and Servers events/alerts.&nbsp;&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform periodical data center environment and floor checks.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform customer batch runs and tape out functions.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Carry out first level support for customers and escalate issues to internal support teams.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the movement of customers and vendors in and out of the data center premises</li>
<li>&nbsp;Monitor and manage movement of equipment in and out of the data center premises.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure the security of the data center is maintained at all times.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure data center procedures are adhered to at all times.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform any other tasks as assigned.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
