About Us
We’re expanding our acquisition efforts across multiple paid media channels — from social platforms to direct media buys — and we’re looking for a Affiliate Marketing Specialist to take full ownership of our affiliate portfolio and play a key role in scaling the our Affiliate Program.
This role goes beyond operations. You will be responsible for partner acquisition, relationship management, deal negotiation, and performance growth, while also overseeing day-to-day affiliate operations.&nbsp;
This is an ideal role for someone with strong affiliate experience from e-commerce, subscription, or performance marketing backgrounds who wants to build and eventually lead an affiliate team.

What You’ll Do

<li>Identify, source, and onboard high-quality affiliate partners (content creators, communities, publishers, performance affiliates).</li>
<li>Proactively reach out to potential partners via email, social platforms, networks, and referrals.</li>
<li>Pitch affiliate proposition effectively and tailor deals based on partner profiles.</li>
<li>Negotiate commission structures, CPA / RevShare models, and incentive campaigns.</li>
<li>Develop long-term relationships with top-performing affiliates to maximize lifetime value.</li>
<li>Fully manage the affiliate lifecycle including onboarding, tracking setup, campaign coordination, and ongoing support.</li>
<li>Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, conversion rates, and compliance.</li>
<li>Handle daily operational tasks</li>
<li>Coordinate closely with the Marketing Manager</li>
<li>Analyze affiliate data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming segments.</li>
<li>Propose optimizations for commission structures, incentives, and partner mix.</li>
<li>Build SOPs and workflows to support future expansion of the affiliate team.</li>
<li>Contribute to long-term affiliate strategy, including regional expansion and channel diversification.</li>
