Job Description

We are looking for a performance-driven Intermediate Backend Developer to join our team.You will be responsible for the "engine room" of our applications, primarily using the Laravel framework.

Beyond standard server-side logic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our platform is discoverable and measurable by implementing Technical SEO best practices and Google Tag Manager integrations. This is a unique role for a developer who wants to master complex database architectures (MySQL, MongoDB, Redis) while understanding the business impact of high-performance web tracking.

Key Responsibilities

Backend & Database Management

• Develop and maintain server-side logic using Laravel 11+ and modern PHP.
• Design, optimize, and maintain relational databases using MySQL.
• Implement and manage NoSQL data structures in MongoDB for high-velocity data.
• Optimize application performance and handle background jobs using Redis.
• Build and document clean, versioned RESTful APIs.

Web Integration & Marketing Tech

• Manage and implement Google Tag Manager (GTM) containers and custom Data Layer events.
• Ensure all frontend templates (Blade/HTML/CSS) are optimized for Core Web Vitals and Mobile-First Indexing.
• Implement technical SEO requirements including Schema markup, canonical tags, and dynamic metadata management.

Technical Support & Live Operations

• CS Technical Support: Act as the Tier-2 technical bridge for the Customer Service team. Investigate database discrepancies, payment status issues, or account bugs reported by users.
• Live Event Standby: Provide technical support during Live Streaming events. This includes monitoring server loads, ensuring real-time features (like flash sales or vouchers) trigger correctly, and immediate troubleshooting.
• System Monitoring: Use tools like Laravel Horizon or Sentry to catch errors before they affect customers during peak hours. 

Job Requirements

Technical Requirements

• Core Language: Strong proficiency in PHP (OOP) and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Framework: Practical experience with Laravel (Eloquent, Blade, Migrations, Middleware).
• Databases: 
• MySQL: Competency in complex joins, indexing, and schema design.
• MongoDB: Understanding of document-based storage.
• Redis: Experience with caching and queue drivers.
• Frontend: Solid knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3.
• Technical SEO Mastery: Take ownership of Core Web Vitals (LCP, FID, CLS). Optimize server-side rendering and asset delivery for maximum speed.
• Schema & Metadata: Implement advanced JSON-LD Schema markup and dynamic Open Graph management within Laravel Blade templates.
• Tracking & Attribution: Architect and maintain the Google Tag Manager (GTM) Data Layer. Ensure complex conversions (e.g., multi-step funnels, refund tracking) are accurately reported.
• Tools: Proficient in Git and Postman.
• Bonus: Cloud services knowledge like AWS, Google Cloud, Tencent Cloud and etc.
