Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Livestream Recruiter Specialist to focus on streamer recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the livestreaming landscape and excel at building relationships with content creators.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to: 

• Scout, Evaluate and Recruit Talent for our streaming platform (Live Streaming)
• Sign and pitch prospective streamers
• Create marketing/content strategies for streamers
• Establish and maintain professional and long-term relationships with people and organizations
• Manage and collaborate daily and weekly update with the recruitment team
• Develop a sustainable strategy for the team

Job Requirements

To succeed in your role, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Development or a related field
• Excellent pitching abilities
• Ability to network and maintain professional relationships
• Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication
• Experience working with Livestreaming apps eg. Bigo, Uplive, Elelive and other Livestreaming competitor apps (Bonus point)
