Job Description

Trust is key in any business. Handling customers’ queries, warranty claims, from different parts of the world. Operations task that includes dealing with fulfilment centres. Team spirit, patience, composed. Good command in English & Chinese is expected.   

  • Handling customer inquiries via customer service platform
  • The defense role: Communication strategy during crisis management
  • The attack role: Work with product manager on ways to surprise customers periodically
  • Work with product team on possible Q&A for product launches
  • Work with Digital Operation Specialist to smoothen front end promises vs backend fulfillment
  • Warranty queries, and work to please the customers (turning frowns upside down)
  • Operational support role on for stock management and fulfilment
  • Community management: engage with community on FB like a personal friend group chat
  • Analyse customer feedback while continuously looking for ways to improve customer experience.
  • Collect data, analyse and report for product improvement monthly
