Job Description

  

E-Commerce Operations & Strategy (Shopify Web)

  • Manage and optimise the day-to-day performance of the Shopify website (SG & AU), including daily operations and commercial health.
  • Analyse site performance, user behaviour, and conversion trends to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the development and execution of e-commerce optimisation strategies (CRO, merchandising, funnel improvement).
  • Manage product listings, collections, pricing, variants, and site merchandising.
  • Ensure PDP, cart, and checkout experience is smooth and conversion-optimised.
  • Support campaign execution and launch readiness from an e-commerce perspective.

Merchandising, Inventory & Campaign Readiness

  • Coordinate with operations and logistics teams on inventory readiness and fulfilment alignment.
  • Ensure assortments, promotions, and site experience are accurate before campaigns, reflecting STTOKE’s brand guidelines.
  • Monitor product availability and flag potential stock risks that may impact sales or customer experience.
  • Support key launches with attention to both commercial and brand impact.
  • Proactively identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities that may impact conversion or customer experience.

Performance Marketing Strategy & Oversight (Agency-Led)

  • Support performance marketing execution across Meta Ads and Google Ads in collaboration with appointed agencies.
  • Review campaign performance reports and monitor key metrics such as ROAS, conversion rate, and acquisition quality.
  • Translate performance insights into clear recommendations and optimisation actions.
  • Support budget analysis and performance review discussions with the Head of Digital Marketing.

Commercial Analysis, Reporting & Insights

  • Track and report on core DTC metrics: including but not limited to Revenue, Profit margin, ROAS, Conversion rate (CVR), and new customer acquisition.
  • Maintain clear weekly and monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy in collaboration with analytics agencies.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to inform strategic planning & decision making.
  • Support the development of DTC performance frameworks and benchmarks.

Cross-Functional & Strategic Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams, including CRM, Social & Influencer, Brand, and Operations, to align DTC strategy across the customer journey.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure acquisition, site experience and lifecycle communications are cohesive.
  • Brief agencies clearly on execution requirements and campaign priorities, to ensure execution aligns with strategic direction and brand tone.
  • Translate insights into recommendations that support broader marketing, brand and business objectives.

Job Requirements

  

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, communications, or equivalent.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce, DTC or performance marketing. (Agency-side portfolio management is good to have.)
  • Working knowledge of Shopify-based e-commerce operations and website optimisation initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of DTC funnels and metrics, and able to evaluate performance data and translate insights into strategy.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills and financial acumen in budget management and ROI analysis
  • Proficient in performance marketing (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and familiarity with analytic tools (GA4, Looker Studio)
  • Experience with site merchandising, product setup, and campaign support.
  • Experience with lifestyle, retail, or premium brands is an advantage
