🔮 Your Role:

As our Multimedia Content Creator (Social Media), you’ll be the bridge between Heela’s soulful brand energy and the visual world. You’ll shape the way our audience feels us — not just sees us. 

You will not only create content, but also help plan, manage, and grow our social presence through thoughtful storytelling and consistent execution. From campaign visuals to everyday content, you transform ideas into iconic visuals — where your camera, editing skills, and design tools shape every impression of our brand.

What You’ll Do:

• Shoot high-quality lifestyle and product photos and videos for social platforms
• Film and edit captivating videos for IG Reels/TikTok with dynamic storytelling and strong visual hooks (phone content is welcome!)
• Retouch and edit product/lifestyle photos for social media and campaigns to maintain a polished brand look
• Design brand-aligned visuals and creative social media assets (including typography layouts, launch visuals, and promotional creatives)
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars for Instagram and TikTok
• Develop content ideas, themes, and storytelling directions aligned with brand identity
• Schedule and publish content, ensuring consistency and timing
• Monitor basic performance (engagement, reach) and refine content direction
• Maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms and all content
• Support content needs for website, ads, and/or influencer campaigns
• Bonus: Motion graphics, simple animations, or 3D visuals to add flair

Job Requirements

💫 Who You Are:

• A true visual storyteller who can shoot, edit, and design at a professional standard
• Skilled in camera and/or phone content creation for Instagram/TikTok
• Proficient in both editing and designing tools (Adobe or equivalent)
• Think in aesthetics, angles, transitions, and layouts
• Able to think beyond execution — you bring ideas, not just follow instructions
• Comfortable managing social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok) end-to-end
• Passionate about style, beauty, and feminine empowerment
• Proactive, organized, and excited to build a brand that means something
• Bonus if you have experience in fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or campaign shoots
