Job Description

We are seeking for talented individuals to join our growing team in Klang Valley (Head Quarter) as Mechanical & Electrical Engineers. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful mechanical system project tendering, identify successful subcontractors/suppliers and ensure competitive engineering and price proposal delivery of our tendering exercise, ensuring the tender proposals are completed on time, the costings are within budget and suppliers/subcontractors are selected to meet the project’s requirement. This is full-time position.

What you'll be doing: -

• Developing and implementing detailed tendering proposal, include but not limited to technical proposals, engineering calculations, tendering price and unit rates establishment.
• Coordinating and communicating with cross-functional teams, including sub-contractors, suppliers and clients.
• Preparing detailed database on tendering exercise reports and documentation to track the latest market rate, update to the latest construction proposals and explore new technologies methodology with sub-contractors and suppliers to enhance the tendering exercise competitiveness.
• Identifying opportunities for tendering process improvements and cost competitiveness.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for: -

• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the construction industry.
• Familiarity with mechanical engineering skills and practise in related building services.
• Experience in clean room and semiconductor/pharmaceutical/food construction related field is required.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in using project management software and tools.
• Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
