Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide accurate and comprehensive financial and budget analysis.
- To prepare material estimated and cost estimates for the product of service.
- Compiling and recording actual costs.
- To undertake any other duties and responsibilities as so set by any Directors / CPM.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum a Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 3 – 5 years of experience in M&E quantity surveying.
- Skills Required: CAD software, Glodon TBQ & TME (Preferable)
- Strong knowledge of M&E systems, contracts and construction processes.
- Proficient in cost management software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure to meet deadlines.
