What You’ll Do

• Drive Student Recruitment – Respond to enquiries across multiple platforms (email, WhatsApp, WeChat, live chat, phone) and convert leads into enrolments.
   
• Build Relationships – Understand each student’s needs and provide the right programme recommendations.
   
• Achieve Targets – Meet and exceed monthly enrolment and sales goals.
   
• Be the Face of Sunago Education – Represent us at education fairs, school visits, online events, and other outreach opportunities.
   
• Collaborate & Grow – Work closely with marketing and admissions to ensure smooth onboarding and student satisfaction.
   

What We’re Looking For

• Energetic, target-driven, and motivated by results.
   
• Excellent communication and people skills (Mandarin proficiency is a plus).
   
• Sales or customer service experience preferred (education sector is an advantage).
   
• Willing to attend events and engage with prospective students both online and in person.

Job Requirements

 What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in sales, counselling, or customer service (education background is an advantage).
   
• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English (spoken and written).
   
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
   
• Comfortable managing high volumes of enquiries across multiple platforms.
   
• Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven.
   
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is a plus.
