Job Description

• Content Creation: Assist in developing engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing. 
• Social Media Management: Help manage and grow our social media presence across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and XiaoHongShu. 
• Digital Advertising: Assist in creating and optimizing online ad campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising. 
• SEO Support: Optimize website content for search engines, conduct keyword research, and monitor SEO performance. 
• Email Marketing: Participate in the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, including content creation, list management, and performance tracking. 
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

• Passion for digital marketing and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is an additional advantage.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and tools (prior experience is a plus).
• Good knowledge of creative design tools (Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Video Editors).
• Analytical thinking with an ability to derive insights from data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
