This internship is designed for aspiring digital marketers who want hands-on, end-to-end exposure to real marketing work in the education sector. You will support the marketing team across content, social media, SEO, AI-driven optimisation, video, and performance reporting—learning how strategy turns into execution.

If you’re curious, creative, and analytical, this role will help you build a strong, practical digital marketing foundation.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Support

• Assist in creating marketing content for social media, websites, email campaigns, and ads
• Support copywriting for posts, captions, landing pages, and simple campaign materials
• Adapt content for different audiences, including students, parents, and corporate clients

Video & Creative Support

• Assist with short-form video editing for platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Support basic visual design tasks using tools like Canva or similar platforms
• Help organise and manage digital creative assets

Social Media Management

• Support daily social media posting, scheduling, and content planning
• Monitor engagement, comments, and basic community interactions
• Track social media performance and trends

SEO & AI-GEO Exposure

• Support basic SEO tasks such as keyword research, content optimisation, and on-page improvements
• Learn and assist with AI-driven content optimisation and Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) practices
• Monitor search performance and content visibility trendsReporting & Insights
• Assist in preparing simple performance reports for social media, campaigns, and website traffic
• Help analyse data to understand what content performs well and why
• Support the team with insights for optimisation and improvement

General Marketing Support

• Assist in campaign coordination and marketing projects
• Support cross-functional tasks related to branding, events, or partnerships when needed
   

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or related fields
• Strong interest in digital marketing, content creation, and social media
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Xiaohongshu (小红书 / XHS)
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to support content creation and audience engagement
• Willingness to learn SEO, AI tools, Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), and performance analytics
• Proactive, organised, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
