Job Description

• Share the responsibilities of the day-to-day pharmacy operation and execute all pharmaceutical functions.
• Conduct business according to the instructions and guidelines of the Company.
• Supervise the Pharmacy Assistants and ensure sales are conducted in accordance with Company’s standard operating procedures.
• Refrain from practices that contravenes the law in forge governing the functions of pharmacist.
• To support management in building work process for improving retail operations efficiency. 
• Conduct training for Pharmacy Assistants based on the existing training manual or content provided.
• Assist in updating training manual and develop new training contents.
• Plan and execute retail visual merchandising displays to enhance the customer experience.
• Lead and implement marketing activities—such as health-awareness campaigns and sales promotions—in line with the branch’s marketing KPIs.
• Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operational tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
• Undertake other tasks assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

•  Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, or Master’s Degree in Pharmacy and it is recognized by the Malaysian Pharmacy Board
• Passionate on advocating health and wellness
• Enjoy team work
