As the Fleet & Maintenance Coordinator, you are the backbone that keeps vehicles available and compliant. You will coordinate maintenance and repairs, manage inspections and regulatory tasks, arrange breakdown recovery and replacements, and keep accurate records to control costs and reduce downtime.

• Expand your fleet management skills through hands-on scheduling, vendor negotiation and preventive maintenance planning with clear performance metrics.
• Build trusted relationships with workshops, suppliers and drivers to sharpen your procurement and stakeholder coordination experience.
• Gain practical exposure to regulatory processes such as inspections, road tax and permits to strengthen audit readiness.
• Develop crisis response capability by coordinating standby support and vehicle recoveries, preparing you for broader operations responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Diploma in any field or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in vehicle maintenance coordination, fleet operations, administration or related fields is an advantage.
• Experience in the tourism, transportation or car rental industry is an added advantage.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with drivers, workshops, suppliers and relevant authorities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with vehicle regulatory processes such as inspections, road tax and permits is preferred.
• Possess a valid driving licence and be willing to travel or attend to vehicles when required.
• Chinese-speaking ability is an advantage.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Willing to work on public holidays when required, particularly for urgent breakdowns or rescue support.
• Able to work independently while following company procedures and obtaining necessary approvals.
• Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Responsible, practical and able to remain calm when handling urgent situations.
