Job Description

  • Oversee daily office operations including facilities management, procurement, maintenance coordination, and vendor management. 
  • Organise and coordinate internal meetings, official visits, business engagements, and company events. 
  • Manage correspondence and maintain proper filing systems and documentation processes. 
  • Support HR administrative matters including employee leave records, attendance tracking, and payroll coordination. 
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents to support management and strategic discussions. 
  • Coordinate with business chambers, industry associations, government agencies, and external partners for meetings and collaboration initiatives. 
  • Support the organization of business forums, trade events, and cross-border collaboration activities. 
  • Manage office lease agreements and ensure compliance with tenancy requirements. 
  • Oversee administrative matters relating to the company’s investment properties. 
  • Maintain and update the company’s corporate profile and presentation materials. 
  • Provide support for ad hoc tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the organization. 

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any business related field. 
  • 1–3 years of working experience in administration, operations, business coordination, or related roles. Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. 
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Good command of English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu (spoken and written). 
  • Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory as the role involves regularly liaising with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders, business partners, and external parties. 
  • Malaysians below 30 y/o who possess their own vehicle to work.
