ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Reporting directly to General Manager with day to day supervision from the Human Resource Manager. • Coordinating all aspects of an organization’s administrative function for General Manager as well on sustainability initiatives/programs. • Prepares related minutes, reports and information as required. • Collaborating with other Department in overseeing areas related to sustainability initiatives and projects. • Organizes systematic filing system for the Executive Office and keeping confidentiality matters. • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks and participating in professional societies in relations to sustainability goals. • Liaise with Human Resources Department on matters related to sustainability, staff training and awareness. • Performs other duties as assigned by Management from time to time. Requirements

• Degree in Administration studies or related field. • Above 1 (one) year of experience working in Office Management or related field. • Strong work ethics and able to deliver expected deliverables related to administration. • Computer literate and strong command of spoken and written English.
