We seek suitably qualified, dynamic and self-driven candidates who can make positive contributions to maintain our tradition of excellence. Job Responsibilities: • Obtain competitive Bid and Award Tender on Time • Minimise Value of Variation Order / Extension of Time and ensure the completion of Final Account • Control project cost and ensure overall budget of the projects is maintained from inception to completion • Evaluate the contractor's bid and advise on the competitiveness of price and to monitor the cost of major cost elements • Exercise timely and accurate completion of final account. • Lead a team of consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver the project's base on time cost and quality, environmental, safety and health compliance.

Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Technology, and other relevant fields • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the related field • Experienced in a consultancy firm or property developer managing commercial/ property investment projects is an added advantage • Able to work under pressure and ability to deliver assignments within the committed deadline • Possess good leadership skills to be able to lead and manage a team of consultants to achieve desired results • Strong communication skills and ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia
